Learning about what Reiki is, the history of Reiki, hand positions to do Reiki on yourself and others, personal reflections, group sharing, guided meditations and two energy attunements. Reiki One is a transformational course in self-empowerment and how to use Reiki as a spiritual practice.

Reiki Two Includes:

Learning  three important symbols and how to use them to amplify Reiki energy,  distance healing techniques, personal reflections, group sharing, guided meditations and two energy attunements.

Certificate provided. Fee is: $385

 

Reiki Three Includes:

Learning the master symbol and other sacred symbols used to amplify Reiki energy.  Group sharing, personal reflection, Reiki practice and an attunement.

Certificate provided. Fee is: $495

A Meditation Sangha  Course in  Chakra & Crystal Energy Awareness

Using guided meditation, crystal energy, sound healing, seed mantras, affirmations, and journaling, you will investigate, open and balance each chakra. Each week you will practice listening to your intuition, balancing your energy and aligning your truth with your intention setting.

 

This is a 7 week series, one for each chakra. Includes a package of cleared, Reiki charged crystals created specifically for this workshop and a journal to record your experience.

Raise Your Vibration ~ Small Group Singing Bowl Meditation

Relax, Rebalance, Restore
 

Experience deep relaxation, while listening to sound and vibrational healing meditation, allowing a healthy flow of positive energy to flow throughout your physical and etheric body. 

 

A series of sequences are played with Himalayan Singing Bowls and a variety of other bells. For this meditation you will be lying down on your yoga mat.
