A Meditation Sangha Course in Chakra & Crystal Energy Awareness

Using guided meditation, crystal energy, sound healing, seed mantras, affirmations, and journaling, you will investigate, open and balance each chakra. Each week you will practice listening to your intuition, balancing your energy and aligning your truth with your intention setting.
This is a 7 week series, one for each chakra. Includes a package of cleared, Reiki charged crystals created specifically for this workshop and a journal to record your experience.

Experience deep relaxation, while listening to sound and vibrational healing meditation, allowing a healthy flow of positive energy to flow throughout your physical and etheric body.
A series of sequences are played with Himalayan Singing Bowls and a variety of other bells. For this meditation you will be lying down on your yoga mat.
