Reiki

Life Force Energy Healing

Reiki, (pronounced Ray-Key) means “spiritually guided universal life force energy” in Japanese. It is a gentle and effective healing art, that balances the universal life force energy of the recipient, restoring health and well-being.

Everything is made of energy and we, as energy beings, have our own vibration. Our busy and stressful lives can easily contribute to feeling “out of whack”, causing us to vibrate at a lower frequency. 

 

Reiki is a beautiful hands-on healing modality that helps to restore and rebalance the universal life force energy in the receiver, raising the body's vibration. 

When we vibrate at a higher frequency we can achieve optimum health.

 

Reiki energy helps to reduce stress and stimulate the immune system, opening up our chakras, or energy centers, allowing the body’s own natural healing potential to kick in.

Reiki Training ~ Level 1: 

You will learn the history of Reiki, about the lineage and hand positions to give Reiki

to yourself and others. Level 1 involves work on healing yourself - moving toward

self empowerment. You will receive Two Attunements, a Level 1 Manual, a Journal

and a First Degree Reiki Certificate.

Reiki Training ~ Level 2: 

You will learn three Reiki symbols that amplify Reiki energy and how to use them.

You will learn about distance healing with

Reiki and go deeper in to the practice. You will receive Two Attunements,

a Level 2 Manual, a Journal and a Second Degree Reiki Certificate.

Reiki Training ~ Master- Level 3: 

You will learn more symbols including the Master Reiki Symbol and go deeper
