Learning about what Reiki is, the history of Reiki, hand positions to do Reiki on yourself and others, personal reflections, group sharing, guided meditations and two energy attunements. Reiki One is a transformational course in self-empowerment.

Reiki Two Includes:

Learning  three important symbols and how to use them to amplify Reiki energy,  distance healing techniques, personal reflections, group sharing, guided meditations and two energy attunements.

Reiki Three Includes:

Learning the master symbol and other sacred symbols used to amplify Reiki energy.  Group sharing, personal reflection, Reiki practice and an attunement.

Chakra Alignment, Manifesting Workshop Series

Using guided meditation, crystal energy, sound healing, seed mantras, affirmations, and journaling, you will investigate, open and balance each chakra. Each week you will practice listening to your intuition, balancing your energy and aligning your truth with your intention setting.

This is a 7 part series, one for each chakra. Includes a package of cleared, Reiki charged crystals created specifically for this workshop and a journal to maximize the power of your intentions to record your experience, moving you toward your inner tranquility !

Group Singing Bowl Meditation

Relax, Rebalance, Restore
Experience deep relaxation, while listening to this meditation, allowing a healthy flow of positive energy to flow throughout your physical and etheric body.  You will be guided in meditation while a series of sequences are played with Himalayan Singing Bowls and a variety of other bells. Bowls will be played on or near you for individual sound healing as well. For this meditation you will be lying down on your yoga mat.  A pillow and blanket will be provided. This meditation is in an intimate setting with no more than six people. Please wear comfortable clothes. Fee is $38

First you will experience a guided meditation with visualization.  Second you will experience deep relaxation, while listening to a sound bath with Himalayan Singing Bowls and Bells, allowing a healthy flow of positive energy to flow throughout your physical and etheric bodies.  Bowls may be played on or near you for individual sound healing.  Afterwards, relax with a hot tea.

For this meditation you will be lying down.  Please bring your yoga mat, pillow and blanket. Wear comfortable clothes.  Fee is $46
